Customers are responsible for authorized account access, safeguarding credentials, maintaining accurate information and activity performed through their account.

3. Lawful messaging & consent

Customers must comply with applicable laws and messaging requirements, including obtaining any required permissions or consent before communicating with contacts.

4. Third-party platforms

Some functionality depends on services such as WhatsApp Business Platform, payment gateways, AI providers, hosting or ecommerce systems. Their terms, policies, pricing, limits and availability may apply separately.

5. Fees

Subscription fees, implementation fees, third-party messaging charges, AI usage and optional add-ons may be billed as described in the applicable commercial agreement.

6. Acceptable use

Customers must not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, malicious or unauthorized activity and must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Availability & changes

Features may evolve over time. Third-party dependencies, maintenance, security actions or events outside reasonable control may affect availability.

8. Intellectual property

Each party retains rights in its pre-existing intellectual property. Use of the software does not transfer ownership of the platform or underlying technology.

9. Termination

Access may end on cancellation, expiration, material breach, unlawful activity or where suspension is reasonably required for security or platform compliance.
