Subscriptions

Subscription cancellation and renewal terms depend on the commercial plan agreed at the time of purchase. Cancellation generally prevents future renewal but does not automatically create a refund for an already active billing period unless required by law or expressly agreed.

Usage charges

Third-party messaging, AI usage, setup, implementation, integration or other usage-based charges may be non-refundable once consumed or delivered.

Refund requests

Any eligible refund request should be submitted with the relevant account and payment details. Approved refunds are processed through the applicable payment method or another agreed method.

Custom services

Implementation, customization or professional service fees may have separate cancellation milestones stated in the applicable proposal or agreement.
